At KCTS, we are all about customer satisfaction. We want you
to refer us to your friends, family, associates and colleagues. You will only
do that you are happy with your purchase! That’s why we will personally
handle all of you requests, from questions about set up, shipping, how to brew
the PERFECT espresso as well as the proper use of your machine.
Return Policy
Before Returning or shipping any machines back to us for service, you must call
first AND receive a return authorization number (RAF.) This RAF must be clearly
displayed on the outside of the box. Any machine
shipped to us without a return authorization number clearly displayed on the box
will be refused. We recommend that you use UPS for ALL returns
AND that you insure all returns. It is also HIGHLY advisable
that you keep a copy of the each UPS receipt and tracking number. This will protect
you if the machine is lost or damaged.
Backorder Policy
At KCTS, Corp. we never charge your credit card until the merchandise ships.
In addition, we notify you via email when your order is ready to ship.
Buyers Remorse
At KCTS, Corp., we sell quality commercial and semi commercial espresso machines
and grinders. We will personally answer any questions you may have prior to
the sale, as well as after. We do not, however, allow returns simply because
you changed your mind. We have no buyer’s remorse
policy. If you do want to upgrade your original purchase, we will be
more than happy to work with you. Each case is handled on an individual basis
and we will do our very best to come up with a win- win solution.

Warrantee Work
We at KCTS, Corp., warranty everything
we sell, by factory trained, quality control technician, in our Royal Oak, Michigan
facility. These technicians also provide ON-SITE, training, repair and related
barista services for most of Michigan’s finest Hotels, Coffee Bars, Cafes,
Restaurant’s and Businesses. Our techs repair EVERY MAJOR brand of Italian
Commercial brands that are UL and NSF approved, including La Cimbali, Brasilia,
Nuova Simonelli, La Pavoni, San Marco, La Marzocco, Gaggia, Faema, Astoria,
Reneka and OF COURSE Rancilio and Unic.
This site is a labor of love that extends the expertise and goodwill that we
have accrued since 1911 commercially, to users interested in making AUTHENTIC
Espressos and Cappuccinos in their homes.
Turn around time
Your Warrantee work will take a priority at KCTS, Corp. In many cases we will
repair a new machine and send it back out the same or the next dayafter it arrives.
Covered
KCTS, Corp. Warrantee’s all brand new espresso machines
and coffee grinders for one year against manufacturing defects and machine failure.
Parts & Labor covered. KCTS, Corp., does not cover failure
which is the direct result of misuse, abuse, or failure caused by scale build
up, a result of using hard water in your machine.
Shipping costs
If your new machine needs servicing within 30 days of your purchase, KCTS, Corp.
will issue you a call tag and RAF, and then pay the shipping costs back to you.
After #) days, but within the warrantee period, buyer pays shipping costs to
Royal Oak, Michigan and we pay the costs back to you. Note:
If it is determined that there is nothing wrong and the machine is in proper
working order when we receive it, buyer will be responsible for all shipping
cost’s.
