Arguably the finest coffee in the world!  We don't over roast this blend as to not bring out any overly non-acidic flavors.  We use only the FRESHEST, FINEST, NEW CROP Colombian Coffees available.  This taste profile is PURE COFFEE with a pleasant overtone of caramel that produces a "winey" finish.
